Step 1 Melt ghee in a hot pan
To make this easy delight at home, you need a thick-bottomed pan. Heat it over medium flame and once the pan is hot enough, add some ghee to it.

Step 2 Fry suji and cashews in ghee
Now, add cashews and clove in it, and fry slightly. Add sooji and slightly fry it too.
