Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground mutton or chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Flour, for coating
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts, and shape each part into a cutlet.
