Ingredients:
- 1 Cup fresh Coconut
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp of green cardamom powder
- Silvers of almonds and cashews
- 2 drops of ghee

Instructions
- Take the fresh coconut and peel off the brown outer skin. Grind it with adding the milk as a coarse powder.
- Take 2 drops of ghee in a thick bottomed pan and at low flame roast the nuts till flavors ooze and they are golden brown.
- In the same pan add the sugar and the coconut mixture.
- At low flame keep stirring it.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes till the mixture starts to thicken.
- Let the moisture evaporate completely and coconut starts to release its oil.
- Add in the nuts
- Add green cardamom powder and mix well
- Pour the mixture into a greased plate. Allow it to cool for 2 min.
- Roll out laddoos still the mixture is warm.
- Roll on the desiccated coconut powder.
