She is the founder of VLCC Health Care Ltd and also the chairperson of the Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill and Council (B&WSSC). She was first appointed as the chairperson of this sector in 2014. This is an undertaking of the government of India that provides skills training for the beauty industry.

Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is a first-generation entrepreneur and global business leader with over 4 decades of experience in biotechnology. Fueled by her passion, she started her biotech journey in 1978 from her garage in India. Today, that journey is changing lives for the better across the globe. She is regarded as an unconventional thinker with many firsts to her credit. #3 Priya Paul– The chairperson of Park Hotel
Priya Paul achieved success quite early in life, overcoming the challenges that came her way. When she lost her father and chairman of the Apeejay Surrendra Group, Surrendra Paul, she had to take on the responsibility of looking after three hotels. She overcame that challenge, notwithstanding her lack of experience. She was among the 15 women voted for ‘Rising Talent – Global Leaders Under 40’ at the World Women’s Forum in Paris in 2010, for her contributions in scaling businesses encompassing consumer technology.
#6 Indra Nooyi – The board member of Amazon
Amazon names former Pepsi CEO Indra Nooyi as new board member. Former Pepsi CEO Indra Nooyi is the newest member to Amazon’s board of directors. Nooyi has also been named to the Audit Committee of the Board. She is the fifth female member of Amazon’s 11-person board.
#7 Aditi Gupta – The Co-founder of Menstrupedia
Aditi Gupta is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of Menstrupedia, working towards spreading awareness about menstruation. While studying at the National Institute of Design as a Ford Foundation research scholar, she has conducted extensive research in understanding the scenario of menstrual unawareness in India and its impact on a girl’s life. She has designed effective educational tools for girls and schools using storytelling and sequential art for educating young girls about periods in a society where the subject is a major taboo.

Falguni Nayar is the Founder and CEO of the Nykaa E-commerce business. The company is located in Mumbai which sells multi-brand Beauty and wellness products online. As per Forbes, Today the Nykaa has more than 46 stores across the country. In April 2015, Falguni started a physical beauty product store at the T3 terminal (Indira Gandhi International Airport). Radhika Aggarwal is the current Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Co-founder of the e-commerce ShopClues, established in 2011. Radhika is an Indian entrepreneur, who established a digital marketing place. She is the first woman to enter the Unicorn Club. ShopClues was founded in 2011 with ten team members. Radhika’s husband, Sanjay Sethi is the CEO of ShopClues. The net worth until November 2020 counts to $1 million.
