Red Velvet Cheese Cake Brownies

Red Velvet Cheese Cake Brownie- Moist red velvet brownies with swirls of cheesecake.

Red Velvet Cheese Cake Brownies

Ingredients:

Red Brownie batter:

1 cup softened butter
1 + 1/2 cup sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
Red food color

Cream cheese batter:
2 cups cream cheese
1tbsp sugar
2 eggs

Instructions

Take a bowl and put sugar and butter
Cream this mixture until it becomes soft and fluffy
Add in the vanilla essence
Add eggs one by one and beat again till it mixes properly.
Add in 2 tsp lemon juice
Add sieved Maida and Cocoa powder and mix gently to make it a smooth batter
Now finally add in the red food color and mix properly to give it a good red color.
The red Brownie batter is ready

Cream Cheese Batter
Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs, and sugar
Give it a good mix to make it a smooth batter

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Line the cake tin with parchment paper
Add in the Brownie batter and smoothen it with a spatula (reserve a little batter for later use)
On to this add the Cream cheese layer
On top of this layer add dollops of Brownie batter
Make swirls using a skewer

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 min or until done.
