Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 11/2  Cup Buckwheat Flour ( shift the flour at least 2-3 times )
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Almonds for garnish

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and Mash the banana to make a smooth paste
  • In this Add sugar, oil, curd, and mix properly to make a smooth texture.
  • Take another bowl and add the dry ingredients (Buckwheat Flour, baking Soda, baking powder)
  • Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet mix. Make a smooth batter.
  • Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding milk if required.
  • Grease the cupcake molds with oil and pour the batter into them.
  • Garnish with almonds.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 min. in a pre-heated oven.
  • After 30-40 min, Take out and allow it to cool.
