I am Nandita, 35 years, Marketing head in an advertising agency and lives in Mumbai. Well, I don’t have much to complain about, except that I just can’t get over sweets. That’s my craving.
I live in Bandra with my husband and the best son anyone can ever have. Aayan’s 4 years old and goes to a primary school.
One morning, during the high season at my work, I was so tired that I didn’t want to get up at all and asked my husband to make some coffee for me to which he politely denied daylong he would get late for his office. A small funny argument between us led to a statement from my side “ this will not make you less of a man”, to which my son who was standing near the door enquired: “Mumma, why is papa less of a man”, I was so shocked. He then went out.
5 minutes later: he came with a cup of black coffee that he must have poured from the last night make, and with a kitchen towel on the bottom end of the cup so that it doesn’t drip, he entered my room and announced “Mumma, see I am more of a man”.
That was the most untidy but sweetest cup of coffee that I had received.
