  • Pregnancy forces women to cut their caffeine intake. Women who earlier used to consume a lot of caffeine are now getting withdrawal from the same. This might be another cause for getting headaches.
  • Low blood sugar and dehydration could also contribute to headaches.
  • Most women experience headaches during the third trimester due to their bad sleeping and sitting posture.
  • Stress, anxiety, or even depression during pregnancy could significantly increase the chances of a pregnant woman having headaches.
  • Migraine is also a deciding factor in whether pregnant women get headaches. Most women with migraines get frequent episodes of headaches during their pregnancy.
