  9. For lunch, you can start by mixing steam rice, boiled lentils, and steamed vegetables. Mash them so that it is easier for your baby to swallow and digest. For some time, you can skip texture but slowly with time, do not mash the meals all the way through. Instead, keep some of the texture so that your baby becomes familiar with it.
  10. You can mash fruits and serve them to your baby. For dinner you can feed your baby oats made in milk or water, you can add vegetables if you. make sure your baby receives an iron and calcium-rich diet so that the growth of your baby is not affected.
