  • Step 1 Melt ghee in a hot pan

    To make this easy delight at home, you need a thick-bottomed pan. Heat it over medium flame and once the pan is hot enough, add some ghee to it.

  • Step 2 Fry suji and cashews in ghee

    Now, add cashews and clove in it, and fry slightly. Add sooji and slightly fry it too.

  • Step 3 Add pineapple & Kesar to the fried suji

    Add water, sugar, Kesar, chopped pineapple, cardamom powder, and raisins.

  • Step 4 Your Rava Kesari is ready to serve

    Rava Kesari is ready. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. Use milk to accentuate the flavor of this dessert.
  2. You can also add green cardamom to increase the aroma of Rava Kesari.
