Juicy food recipe drdad

Meat cutlets are a delicious and versatile dish that can be made with a variety of meats such as mutton or chicken. Here’s a recipe for juicy and delicious meat cutlets that you can try at home:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground mutton or chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour, for coating
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts, and shape each part into a cutlet.
  3. Place some flour in a shallow dish, and put the beaten eggs in another shallow dish. Then, place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
  4. Dip each cutlet in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip the cutlets in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom. Once the oil is hot, add the cutlets to the skillet and cook them for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Once they are cooked, transfer the cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  7. Serve your meat cutlets with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes, rice or vegetables. You can also serve them with a sauce of your choices such as ketchup, gravy, or mustard sauce.
