- 1 banana
- 11/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour ( shift the flour at least 2-3 times )
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup curd
- Almonds for garnish

Instructions
- Take a bowl and Mash the banana to make a smooth paste
- In this Add sugar, oil, curd, and mix properly to make a smooth texture.
- Take another bowl and add the dry ingredients (Buckwheat Flour, baking Soda, baking powder)
- Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet mix. Make a smooth batter.
- Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding milk if required.
- Grease the cupcake molds with oil and pour the batter into them.
- Garnish with almonds.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 min. in a pre-heated oven.
- After 30-40 min, Take out and allow it to cool.
