Ingredients:

For dough cover
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 tsp oil
Water

 For stuffing

3 medium-size boiled & roughly chopped

Potatoes

Blanched peas
2 tsp oil
Rai, jeera, hing, salt, chili powder, Haldi coriander powder, chaat masala, and sugar as per test.

Instructions

Take a large mixing bowl put all ingredients of the dough. Mix them well and make the smooth dough using water. It should not be too hard nor too soft. But harder than roti dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 min.

Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing

Put a pan on flame. Put oil, when heated add rai, jeera thing salutes for a minute. Add in the peas and potatoes, salt, haldi, chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and sugar. Mix it well, cook it for 2 min. Switch off the flame. Let it cool for some time.

Take the dough, punch it for 2-3 min. The dough is ready. Take a small ball size dough roll it a little thick in oval shape using a rolling pin. Cut it from the middle and make a cone and fill it with stuffing. Seal the cone corners using water. Make all the Samosa and place it on a greased baking tray. Brush some oil on it.
Preheat the microwave for 5 min. Then place the tray inside the microwave. Bake it for 10 min on convection mode @180 deg. Take the tray out carefully. Flip the samosa and brush some oil and again place into the microwave, bake it for 10 min. Again take it out flip Samosa and bake for 10 min. At last, flip the Samosa and bake it for 5 min @200 deg. That’s it, yummy samosa is ready to serve. Enjoy it with your favorite dip.
