It is a known fact that children between the age of 2 and 7 years are fast learners, their ability to form complex ideas, deconstruct them, and get accustomed to the new ideas happens at a much-accelerated phase when compared to an average adult. Raising these agile beings right in times of a pandemic can be a daunting task.

With limited distractions to keep them occupied and minimal avenues to invest their energy into; the need to get creative for their parents is something inevitable.

To make times with these kids a bit breezier as the hybrid learning model continues to become an essential part of our lifestyles, here are 5 parenting tactics that will make way for stronger parent-child relationships.

1. Engage them in social learning opportunities

Social learning opportunities are only helpful when you engage with other parents who are going through the same phase, teachers can also support you to plan these activities. It can be over a google hangout or zoom group call or just within your own home.

Something as simple as playing Ludo, discussion on their favourite book, food or hobby can be the first few activities, to begin with.

Anything that helps you build your child’s knowledge apart from their academics and give you an insight into their thought perception will let you get closer to your child.

2. Family time is a must
